- Each purchase covers one module, for the organization that buys it. Modules added later are sold separately, each with its own price and trial.
- Changed your mind? Every purchase comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
- Buying several? Select any combination in Modules & Billing and pay in one checkout. The total is simply the sum of the modules you pick.
- Prices exclude tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
- Organization admins start trials and buy modules. Other members ask their admin.

You pay for a module once, and your organization keeps access to it for as long as we provide Tiny Team and that module, with no subscription and no renewal. Each purchase covers one module for one organization. Modules added later are sold separately, with their own price and trial. If we ever close a module, we email admins at least 90 days in advance and export your data on request.
Yes, in the plain sense: each module is a one-time purchase with lifetime access for your organization, and there's no subscription. There's no code to redeem. It's simply how Tiny Team modules are sold.
No. Each module is a one-time payment for your whole organization. There are no monthly or yearly charges and no per-person fees. Prices exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Create your organization for free, open a module and choose Start 30-day trial. Each module has its own 30-day period, starting only when you activate it. Try HR now and Document Spaces later, or start them together. Each organization gets one trial per module.
That module locks until your organization buys lifetime access. Your data stays saved, and shared workspace tools stay available. There is no automatic charge. Open Modules & Billing in the app to choose what to buy. Links is the exception: existing short links keep redirecting, while creating, editing and analytics stay locked until you buy.
No. Anyone can create a workspace using email or Google sign-up. You don't need an invitation, a sales call or a credit card to try a module.

Yes. If a module isn't right for your team, email support@tinyteam.io within 60 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. The refund goes back through Polar to your original payment method. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.

No. Each module has one fixed price, and a combined checkout costs the sum of the modules you pick. There are no bundles or coupon codes.
Organization admins. They start each module's 30-day trial and buy modules for the whole organization. Other members use the modules your organization has unlocked and can ask an admin about the rest.
Inside the app. After you sign up, an admin opens Modules & Billing, selects one or more modules and pays in a hosted checkout. The modules unlock once the payment is confirmed. There's no checkout on this website.
Some modules include default allowances. Links includes 1,000 saved links (Trash included), 3 custom domains and 100,000 tracked clicks per month, and links keep redirecting if click tracking runs out. Social Media includes 1,000 publications per month after purchase (1,000 in total during the trial), and posting to 3 accounts counts as 3. The shared Media Library includes 10 GB per organization by default. Admins can see usage in Organization → Limits.
Every workspace includes your organization, Team directory, My Profile, Inbox, Organization settings, Media Library and Modules & Billing. They stay available whether or not a module trial is active. Each module adds its own tools to the same workspace.
